This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to access and use the Website, and to become a 'Member'. By accessing the Website or using the Service, you accept this Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein and consent to have this Agreement provided to you in electronic form.
